Interested in being a shopping booth vendor at our Spring Fair this year? We'd love to have you!!

Please complete the below vendor application form and provide as much detail as you can about the items you plan to sell at our Spring Fair event. Vendor space is limited in each merchandise category to ensure a variety for our customers, and also to allow vendors the opportunity to maximize their profits at our event. For this reason, vendors will be selected based on the uniqueness, quality and variety of merchandise.

All interested vendors must complete the initial application form below. All forms will be reviewed by our Selection Committee and vendors will be chosen based on the above criteria. Past participation at the Spring Fair will also be taken into consideration. *All booths will be housed outside our building , for easy access by all patrons. Booths will be 10'x8' and cost $50.00, plus a donation to our Spring Fair raffle (either merchandise gift certificate or merchandise of your choosing.) In case of rain, vendors will be canceled & refunded, other activities will be moved inside..

All Vendor applications must be received and paid in full by March 31, 2017  Vendors accepted to participate in our event will receive a detailed vendor agreement where you can finalize your booth requirements and provide payment. Your payment reserves your booth(s) for our Spring Fair event. A waiting list will established for applicants not selected. All vendor agreements and final payment must be received no later than Friday, March 31, 2017 to hold your booth space at our event.
